Community Leader

The Opportunity:

In this newly created role, the Community Leader will develop, execute, and manage campaigns that drive community engagement and create new demand for our digital community - RogueHealthCareCommunity (RogueHCC*).

*RogueHCC is an exclusive, FREE Healthcare TA community whose members philosophically believe in the Kaizen way of life (Change is good, 1% better each day).

In addition to driving demand/engagement, our Community Leader will craft impactful strategies and content to ensure our "Rogue" message reaches and resonates with Healthcare Talent AcquisitionProfessionals who are not yet part of our community

In this role, you will:

  • Lead RogueHCC as the Community Host to foster a vibrant online community.
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to inform community improvements and provide customer insights.
  • Work with marketing to share insights and use community data to optimize campaigns to hit the mark on relevant messaging.
  • Develop webinar content newsletters, including researching topics, coordinating speakers, and creating presentation materials.
  • Collaborate with Advisors to explore potential community "leads" for outreach in training, data analytics, best practices, and other sales-driven opportunities
  • This includes partnering with healthcare organizations, associations, and other companies to expand our reach and impact within the community.
  • Develop initiatives to grow membership, drive engagement, and increase brand awareness of RogueHCC within the healthcare talent acquisition industry.
  • Act as a liaison between community members and RogueHCC leadership team to ensure that member needs and concerns are addressed in a timely manner.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and competitive analysis to continuously improve the community.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 8+ years of recruitment in healthcare and/or corporate recruitment environment
  • 3+ years of leadership experience that includes managing a talent acquisition team
  • RACR certification is highly desired
  • Experience developing recruitment strategies and tactics to improve performance
  • Experience conducting in-person or web-based training
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities
